The Time & Attendance Specialist is responsible for managing our internal T&A platform including system testing, reporting and analytics. The role provides support to the business and ensures a close working relationship with the payroll team to facilitate accurate and timely payroll processing.Duties:
The main duties and responsibilities for the Time & Attendance Specialist will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting end to end payroll processing
- Processing change requests resulting from business in relation to Time and Attendance
- Provide and confirm the final TCB export and advise the Payroll team
- Investigating and rectifying any T&A data discrepancies
- Preparation of manual time and attendance adjustments, including allowances and leave payments
- Manage efficient work processes to cope with work volumes and to meet fixed deadlines
- Liaising with staff and management on time and attendance related queries
About you:
- 3+ years demonstrated experience and knowledge of Time and Attendance systems (preferably Humanforce), including administration experience
- Deep knowledge of various industrial instruments and the application of their conditions
- Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Well-developed and demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage assigned tasks to achieve set milestones.
